Unix ERP provides business management software, including accounting, HR, payroll, invoicing and inventory tools. We handle personal information in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
2. Information we collect
- Details you give us through our forms: your name, company, email address, phone number, location, the package you choose and any message you send.
- Appointment requests: your preferred date, time and meeting type.
- Account and billing details when you subscribe to the Service.
- Website usage information: pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We store only an anonymised version of your IP address for these statistics.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries, appointment requests and sign-up requests.
- To set up, provide and support your Unix ERP account.
- To send service messages such as account, billing and security notices.
- To improve our website and services using anonymised statistics.
- To protect our forms from spam and abuse.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses a small number of cookies to keep your session working and to count visits. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example hosting and email delivery), under obligations to keep it secure, or where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and appointment details for as long as needed to respond to you and for our records, and account data for as long as your subscription is active plus a reasonable period afterwards, unless the law requires otherwise.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to our systems.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us through our Support page.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
