1. About these terms
By creating an account, subscribing to a package or using Unix ERP ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Packages are billed in advance for the period shown on our pricing (for example, monthly). Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GHS) unless stated otherwise and may change; we will give you notice before a price change affects your subscription.
If a payment is not received when due, we may suspend access to the Service until the account is brought up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- attempt to access other customers' data or interfere with the security or running of the Service;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service except where the law allows it.
5. Your data
You keep ownership of the business data you enter into Unix ERP. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and support the Service. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
You can request an export of your data while your subscription is active. After cancellation we may delete your data following a reasonable retention period.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Help is available through our Support page.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period.
8. Ending your subscription
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
